KARO-AS MODELLBAU MPM POLIKARPOV I-16 bis 24

 

 

KARO-AS MODELLBAU / MPM made some of the better vacuform kits. (I'm now working on their Avia B535. It's superb and of the same vintage as the Polikarpov.) I bought this kit new when it was released. It contains two vacuformed plastic sheets of the major aircraft-parts with fine surface detail, a sealed bag of well detailed injection vinyl-parts including tailplanes, decals for six aircraft, and instructions . (I would go to Pilawskii,'s website for camouflage information.) The kit is as new and even contains the foam packing material. US$22.00

 

 

 

 

 

VACWINGS 1/48 NORTHROP BT-1

 

This is a very good VACWINGS vacuform of a Golden Age USN dive bomber-the Northrop BT-1. The kit is as new, though the outer-bag has been opened--the top cardboard seal is included. The decals are in their sealed bag as are the metal parts. The three white vacuform sheets consist of fuselage, wings, tailplane, wheels, seat, instrument-panel, etc. The metal parts consist of a two-blade propeller, engine, two landing-gear struts and tail wheel. There is some additional "cockpit detail." The decals are shown in one of the scans is one of the five pages of instructions. A VACWINGS advert is also included. The kit is as new in excellent condition, as are the decals. SOLD!

 

 

 

 

 

FALCON VACUFORM--NEW, Spitfire F.R. MK 18 1/48 Scale

This is a very good FALCON vacuform. The kit is new, sealed in its original bag with decals. The single white vacuform sheet consists of fuselage, wings, tailplane, spinner, wheels, ducts, seat, instrument panel, slipper tank, landing gear-covers, etc. The metal parts consist of five propeller-blades, two landing-gear struts, tail wheel and exhausts. A Falcon canopy is also part of the kit. The kit is in excellent condition, as are the decals. SOLD!
